What this website does not do
This website needs no consent banner, because there is nothing for you to consent to:
- It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
- It performs no analytics of any kind. Neither Google Analytics nor any comparable tool is embedded.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers. The typeface it uses is hosted on our own server.
- It embeds no map and no social networks. Where a map is helpful, there is a link to one — which you may follow or not.
- It builds no profile of you and does not pass your data on for advertising purposes.
The only exception are embedded videos, and even those only once you deliberately start them. See "Videos" below.
Visiting the site: server logs
When you call up this website, your browser transmits technical details to our server, which records them in a log file:
- your IP address
- date and time of the request
- name and path of the requested file
- the page you came from
- browser and operating system
We need these details to deliver the site, keep it stable and detect attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not combine these details with other data and do not evaluate them to identify you. The logs are deleted after seven days at the latest.
Contact form
If you write to us using the form, we process the details you enter: your name and e-mail address — both required so that we can reply — as well as phone number, subject and your message, insofar as you provide them.
We use these details solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry aims at a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The message reaches us by e-mail. We delete it once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no retention obligation stands in the way, at the latest six months afterwards.
The form is protected against automated entries. It contains a field that stays invisible to you, and it measures the time between the page loading and the message being sent. Both run on our own server, transmit nothing to the outside and set no cookie.
Videos
Some pages embed videos hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube before you click — not even a preview image. What you see is a panel with a notice and an image from our own stock.
Only when you click that panel does your browser connect to YouTube. From that moment YouTube learns that you have visited this page and receives your IP address; cookies may be set there. If you are signed in to Google, the request may be linked to your account.
We use the address youtube-nocookie.com, which sets fewer identifiers than the usual one. We have no influence on Google's processing.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by your click. You may withdraw it at any time by reloading the page — the panel returns and nothing is loaded. Processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to the USA. For details see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Links to other websites
This site links outwards in a few places, for example to a map service for directions. A link transmits nothing until you follow it. The privacy policy of the linked site applies there; we have no influence on its content.
Your rights
In relation to us you have the right
- of access to the data held about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR),
- to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
An informal message to the address above or to office@thermoline-home.com is sufficient.
Independently of this, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority at our place of business — the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) — is competent, as is the authority of your habitual residence.
Changes
If we change the website and this changes anything about the processing of data, we will adapt this statement. The version published here applies.
